LEVEL 2Team4v4
Good to Great
You're open. You could shoot. But out of the corner of your eye, a teammate is more open. The extra pass is the willingness to turn a good shot into a great one — one more swing that catches the defense a full rotation behind. It costs you a shot attempt and buys your team a better one, and over a whole game those trades add up to easy points and teammates who trust each other. The habit to build: on every catch, take one heartbeat to check whether someone has a better look than yours. If they do, the ball goes.
READ THIS
As the kick-out comes to you, see the second rotation — is a defender scrambling at you while a teammate one pass away stands with no closeout coming?
DO THIS
Swing it instantly off the catch when the next look is clearly better — no dip, no hesitation — and let the shot go up against a defense a full rotation late.

Ball movement is a weapon — the extra pass is always right. Good shot to great shot, every possession.
